＊演講摘要 / Abstract

在過去幾十年間，隨著學生與研究人員追求跨國經歷以強化自身專業履歷，高等教育領域的國際流動顯著增加。本場講座將探討規劃國際流動時的關鍵考量，包含赴國外攻讀博士、不同高等教育體制比較，以及國際流動帶來的機遇與挑戰，並透過講者曾居住過8個國家的跨國經驗進行現場互動交流。

International mobility in higher education has increased dramatically in recent decades as students and researchers pursue transnational experiences to strengthen their professional profiles. This presentation addresses key considerations when planning for international mobility, including overseas PhD applications, comparison of different higher education systems, and the opportunities and challenges of academic mobility—drawing on the speaker's personal experiences living in 8 countries for an interactive discussion.

＊主講人簡介 / Speaker Profile

李宗穎博士現任英國格拉斯哥大學教育學院「高等教育、工作與社會」學系主任。他的研究著重於高等教育，特別聚焦於國際化、政策改革、跨國夥伴關係以及地緣政治等議題。他擔任英國國際與比較教育學會（BAICE）執行委員會委員，同時也是期刊《Compare》的編審委員會成員。

Dr. Jack Lee serves as Department Head of Higher Education, Work and Society at the School of Education, University of Glasgow. His research focuses on higher education, particularly on issues of internationalization, policy reforms, transnational partnerships, and geopolitics. He is on the executive committee of the British Association for International and Comparative Education (BAICE) and the editorial board of the journal Compare.
